There are novels of various languages (think a lot of cheesy romance novels, mysteries, etc), some technical textbooks on how to fix various items found in a modern town, and histories of places that characters have never heard of before.

Examples of the various languages are Dorian, Anatolian, Vedic Sanskrit, Pisidian, and Latino Faliscan.

Hayley will be able to keep her Latin, but most of what is written is romance, or well known books such as The Conquest of Gaul, Metamorphoses, City of God, and so forth.
